What is Trial Rewards Program?
Trial Rewards Program means that you automatically have an order shipped to you each month without having to go through the hassle of placing an order each month.
How do I enroll in the Trial Rewards Program?
Only if you order the Trial Offer are you automatically enrolled in the convenient Trial Rewards Program program so that you never have to worry about not having Hoodia. Upon placing your order for our 14-day free sample and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions:
- Your credit card will be charged shipping and handling, and
- You will receive a full 30 day supply of Diet Science of which the first 10 day supply is free
- You will be enrolled in our complimentary and convenient Trial Rewards Program.
If you are happy with the product, continue to use the remaining supply and automatically continue at the monthly rate of $45.99 (+ s/h) for a 30 day supply. You may cancel at any time.
If at anytime you decide to cancel the Trial Rewards Program after the 14 day trial period, you will simply be billed $45.99 for the remaining portion of your Hoodia.
Why do you offer an instant rebate or saving for people who order on Trial Rewards Program?
The reason why we can offer you savings is because we save on administrative costs. We don’t have to hunt you down to remind you that it’s time again to get a new supply of products. We also don’t have to hire extra staff to handle orders from the same people who have previously ordered with us. Since we save money, we want to give you an INSTANT rebate so you save as well.
Can I cancel my Trial Rewards Program?
Yes, to cancel your Trial Rewards Program, you must email or fax a cancellation form to Diet Science™ Hoodia stating that you would like to cancel your Trial Rewards Program. You must complete and sign the form. All cancellation requests must be received by Diet Science™ Hoodia at least 3 days before your autoship due date. However, for your first trial order, you have until the 14th day after the date of shipment to cancel the Trial Rewards Program membership.
After I stop or cancel my Trial Rewards Program will the company keep charging me?
No, as long as we receive your request to cancel or skip an autoship order no less than 3 days prior to your autoship date, you will NOT be charged for the order. However for your initial trial, you can cancel up until the 14th day after the date of shipment.
How do I pay for my Trial Rewards Program?
You can pay for your Trial Rewards Program by credit card. We currently do not accept "checks by fax".
Is there any risk of getting an Trial Rewards Program?
