When will my credit card account be charged?
Your credit card will be charged the same day your order is shipped.

Am I responsible for bank overdraft fees?
Yes. You are responsible for overdraft fees caused by both one-time orders and any future auto-ship charges that are not cancelled prior to shipping.

If you are a member of the discount Trial Rewards Program, automatic future shipments and charges to your credit card will occur. Please familiarize yourself with the terms of your membership to avoid any unexpected charges.

If you signed up for the Trial Rewards Program, you are notified of your participation in the three following ways:

1. Terms and conditions as stated on our Web site.

2. The terms and conditions as stated on the customer "Checkout" page before you submit your order.

3. Documentation of auto-ship program is mailed along with your shipments. The Web site clearly explains in detail the information regarding the Trial Rewards Program during the purchasing stage, and once again just prior to the final submission of the order. The customer reserves the right to return the product for a full refund (less S & H) of the product if they are not fully satisfied. If your bank feels that overdraft charges are the fault of our company, please fax or mail a copy of your bank statement, along with notification from your bank showing the charge and the overdrafts to:

Why do you charge 8.5% sales tax to California residents only?
We only charge sales tax for orders going to California because we are based in California.

Why was I billed for my Trial Offer after the trial expiration period?
You  will never be billed if you obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within your 14 day trial period and return the remaining portion to us within 10 days of your RMA request date. RMA numbers are not issued after the trial expiration dated posted on your package slip.

You will only be billed $45.99 for the remaining portion of the Hoodia if you decide to keep it past the 10 day trial.

I don't like my trial product and do not want anymore shipped to me. What do I do?
If after trying the trial supply of Diet Science™ Hoodia and deciding that you do not wish to receive any more Hoodia, simply contact us within the your trial period and request a RMA number to accompany the remaining portion of your trial bottle.    Once we receive your return, we will cancel your autoship membership and ensure that your credit card will not be charged for future shipments.   

You cannot receive a refund on the remaining portion of the trial if you keep it after your trial expiration date and do not request a RMA number.
