ORDERING

How do I place an order online?
Once you arrive at the Order Hoodia page, select the product(s) that you wish to order by clicking on the "BUY IT NOW" button. This will add the product to Your Shopping Cart. At this point, you can either continue to shop, or "CHECKOUT."

During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your e-mail address
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Phone number
  • Your credit card type, number, name on card and expiration date

Once your information has been entered, click on "Submit Order."

Can I change my order during checkout?
Yes, you can adjust your order at any time before you click the "Submit Order" button. To change your order, click on the "Return to Cart" button. This will take you to Your Shopping Cart where you can either add to your order, or remove items that were accidentally added to your cart. Once your are done, you can continue by checking out. When you “Submit Order,” it is not possible to change you order.

What payment methods do you accept?
For online and phone orders, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, shopping at Diet Science™ Hoodia is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, considered the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank or credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges on a credit card. Your liability for unauthorized use of a debit card may be higher, but most debit card issuers voluntarily apply the $50 limit to their cards, as well. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50, Diet Science™ Hoodia will cover the liability imposed on you, up to $50. Diet Science Hoodia will cover this amount only if the unauthorized use of your credit card occurred at Diet Science™ Hoodia, as determined by your credit card company, and through no fault of your own. You must notify your card provider, in accordance with the agreement you have with the company, if unauthorized use of your credit or debit card does occur.

You may also place your order by filling out our ORDER FORM and then either submitting it via email or by fax.  You may need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view/print the order form.

What if I don't have a credit card?
It is possible to order by check or money order, but this process does take more time than using a credit card. To place an order using a check or money order, print out the order page (with complete ordering and shipping address information filled in) and mail it in with your check payable to Diet Science™ Hoodia. You cannot place a trial order without a credit card.  Please do not send cash.

I don't want to submit my credit card over the internet. Is there any other way to order?
Yes. You can easily purchase by fax or phone.    The quickest way to order offline is by email and fax.

Do you accept international orders?
At this time, we are unable to ship products outside of the continental United States. We hope to add this capability in the future.

Can I add to my order once it is submitted?
Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it cannot be edited. However, if you wish to order more product, it is easy to place another order.

Can I combine two orders?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be combined. Each order is shipped individually, even if both were submitted on the same day.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for any item sold by dietsciencehoodia.com, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please reply to your order confirmation email.
